SpiderBak is the culmination of the company's long experience in providing online backup to business clients. Beginning in 1996, our company has provided the highest level of online backup. A unique feature of SpiderBak is the provision of a hardware appliance that is shipped to the client upon service initiation. The most recent backup is housed in this local appliance called the SpiderBox. Since it resides locally, SpiderBox backups and restores are extremely fast. All backups, including the most recent one, are also vaulted off-site to secure data centers. Clients get the speed of local restores and the security of off-site backup storage in one solution!

Our data centers meet the highest standard of security and are equipped with strategic monitoring equipment and electronic security systems. All data vaults are controlled environments with redundant air conditioning and power systems, emergency diesel generators, state-of-the-art fire detection and suppression systems, and multiple high-speed Internet connections.
